I’ve spent more than 25 years helping leadership teams build the clarity, culture, and accountability they need to grow well. Across industries (legal, government, startups, education, and nonprofits) I’ve seen the same pattern: talented people, strong vision, and execution that breaks down under the weight of unclear roles, misaligned leadership, and systems that can’t keep up with growth. That’s the work I do. I come alongside leadership teams to build the operational infrastructure and people alignment that make execution possible and sustainable.

As an Operational Leadership Consultant, I use EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) as a structural backbone to help organizations install clarity, accountability, and consistent execution rhythms. I specialize in developing strong Integrators, the leaders who translate vision into traction and hold the organization together.
As a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I integrate individual and team strengths directly into the work: Accountability Charts, role alignment, and leadership development. This isn’t a personality workshop add-on. Strengths become a strategic tool for building teams where people are genuinely in the right seats.
The result is organizations that don’t just run better. They’re built on people who are energized, clear, and effective in their roles.

Beyond the Work
I hold a Master of Science in Leadership from Clemson University (where I was recognized as a Graduate Student of Excellence) and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bob Jones University. I’m the proud mom of 4 adult children and 5 stepchildren, and I share life with my husband Paul and our dog Zoey. Paul and I love to travel and build relationships with people all over the world. Honestly, that’s not so different from the work.
